Showcase your commitment to professional development with a formal certificate recognizing your successful completion of the program.

A 12-month program combining:

• One-on-one mentorship with an Editorial Board member or experienced reviewer
• Reviewer development webinars
• Opportunities to meet with Editors

Time Commitment

Duration

Participants should expect to:

• Review up to four manuscripts in the first year
• Spend 8-10 hours per review
• Complete reviews within ~10 days of accepting an assignment
• Participate in mentoring sessions for each review
• Complete at least three hours of additional educational programming

Eligibility

Open to all ASBMR members who:

• Have completed at least two years of Master’s, PhD, MD, or equivalent terminal degree training
• Have a strong interest in scholarly publishing and peer review
• Are at any career stage — no prior reviewing experience required
